Lee: Linda L. Forbes is widely known as a knowledgeable Real Estate Broker, trainer and educator. Having sold residential and commercial properties for years before becoming a managing broker she knows what the needs are of a working agent in the field. Having successfully run three different real estate licensing schools, taught investment real estate and real estate pre licensing at the community college level and has been involved in the State’s educational planning and training, she knows the inside story on what it takes to pass the real estate exam. As the state director of education of a major brokerage firm she was responsible for writing and leading many beginning and advanced State approved classes. With over 21 years in the real estate industry she brings one of the broadest levels of knowledge to the educational field. L. Michael Forbes has been teaching finance and investments at the University and Community College level for over nineteen years. With a banking and securities background he has run a successful independent investment business for over twenty three years. He and Linda are joint owners of Superior Training Systems based in Eugene, Oregon.
